* Darren is an excellent personal trainer. Just look at him! Wouldn’t you be inspired? He practices what he preaches, he genuinely cares about your personal goals and he pushes you to achieve them while making the workout interesting and fun. He takes the time and energy to plan each and every workout so that you are efficient with your one hour session.

My original goals were to establish an exercise routine, lose weight and tone up some muscles. Having never worked out a day in my entire life before meeting Darren……he certainly had his work cut out for him! Within 6 months of working out with Darren on a bi weekly basis, I dropped 8 kilos and felt stronger and more energized. Our workout routine was an interesting balance of weights and cardio boxing. In addition to exercise, he would counsel on diet and nutrition. In order to achieve my weight loss goal, I had to do everything in tandem….real lifestyle changes which included regular exercise and healthy eating. Darren encouraged me to stay focused on the goal….and if it wasn’t for Darren, I’m sure I would have failed. After the initial weight loss, Darren and I continued our exercise routine for another 3 years until I moved to Bangkok. I have kept the weight off the entire time…and have since had a baby. Darren changed my attitude toward diet and exercise. These lifestyle changes will stay with me forever. I enjoy working out with Darren so much that when I visit Singapore, I’ll still book a session with him.
