* When I first started working out in a gym back in 2000 all I did was endless hours on cardio machines. Even though I managed to lose some weight, my body was not svelte nor toned. My weight was always in a yo-yo state, mainly due to my inconsistent diet which only comprised of fruits and vegetables. When frustration got the better of me because of not achieving my goals, I would swing between bingeing on desserts & chocolates and my fruits & vegetables diet.

I have always associated weight training with bulky muscles (which most women do) – how wrong was my perception!!! Not only has weight training toned up my body tremendously, it has also built up my strength and endurance. Darren’s customized training program is specifically tailored around my objectives and capacities. He adopted a very intelligent approach to training and fitness which suits me and evolves with my personal progress. I lost 8kg since I begin personal training with Darren and my weight has been consistent. Of course all this was done through regular weight training, cardiovascular exercise and proper diet (which he had planned for me). I was very resistant and skeptical towards weight training in the beginning but Darren has proved me wrong! Not only have I achieve a firm and toned physique, I am in better shape than ever!!!
