* When my wife suggested that I start working out with her personal fitness trainer, Darren, I was a little uncertain, skeptical and anxious, to say the least. We started progressively, taking me through a diet and nutrition plan that worked with my lifestyle and work schedule. He constructed a workout program that was tailored to my individual strengths and weaknesses. Emphasizing to maximize the involvement of the target muscle groups, as well as to ensure safety of movement.
I was surprised at how much I began to enjoy the workouts, especially as I began to feel stronger, fitter and more vibrant! I stayed with the diet plan and was consistent in my workouts with Darren.
In just twelve weeks the changes in my body were evident, not only to myself, but to family members, friends and colleagues. In six months the significant loss of body fat (no more beer belly!) and increased lean muscle mass have given me an athletic look that I had previously only dreamed of!
Darren’s dedication and professionalism have allowed me to move progressively forward, and he constantly changes the workout routine to correspond with my improvements. One year later at age 38, my lower back is significantly stronger, and my strength and fitness levels have increased beyond my expectations.
