* I started training with Darren after suffering from Inflammatory Arthritis for almost a year. Prior to it, I have been moderately active, attending spinning, yoga and several other exercise classes. I enjoy trying out new and different types of exercise classes until I realized that they were not as effective anymore due to the restrictions in my ability to follow through a class. So I decided that getting a personal trainer would be best to design a session that could accommodate to my condition.

Darren is always careful to check and make sure all the movements are not aggravating my joints conditions. But at the same time, he would still poses new challenges that encourage me to always progress further. However, what motivates me the most is seeing the results and feeling stronger. You just need to have your goals in mind and Darren will help you achieve it 🙂
