* I started training with darren upon recommendation from a good friend. I knew I was unfit but didnt realize how bad. I wont lie, the first week was a painful experience but as my body got used to it, I noticed the changes. I became more aware of the importance of healthy eating habits. I started to reduce fat, sugar and carbohydrates and combined with exercises from Darren, I began to get leaner, fitter and stronger. Darren motivated me throughout my journey to do the best that I can. At the same time, he is always mindful towards proper exercise techniques, to avoid injuries and to achieve the best results.
