  1. Self-Confidence: My Personal Trainer has helped me build self-confidence in myself.
  2. Courage: I was always reminded by my Personal Trainer to have the courage to go the extra mile.
  3. Determination: I was determined to achieve my goal.
  4. Endurance: I learnt to endure even though at times I felt I was too tired after a long day at work.
  5. Discipline: I had to discipline myself to set aside time for my workout. Be it before, during or even after office hours. If need be, I would work out over lunch time and have a light meal thereafter.
  6. Patience: As we all know nothing comes overnight, I was patient to see results.
